The owner was so caring and understanding (because I was so emotional). She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She carefully went through each piece and explained what I had. Once my order was finished within the next week, I did not get a cal that my order was complete. I called on the day I was told it would be ready and I was told I would have to call back over the next two days to see if it was done (and that if I didn't pick it up, they'd be out for a week and closed for spring break and I'd have to wait). Once I was able to pick up my order, I noticed they changed the specific and detailed order without contacting me beforehand for approval and they didn't seem to care that I didn't appreciate the change.

They were always attentive to our concerns and all issues we had did get address, even if it was sometimes slower than I would have liked. 4/5 of the rooms he has been have been amazing and the staff genuinely loved him to pieces. My biggest issues I faced were cost, closures and location - I'm a civilian and the cost is a bit higher than I can afford with a second baby on the way and I don't get any of the holidays off. Not one. Those aren't their fault. I would recommend them as a caring facility that cares and is striving to get better every day. There are exciting things they're striving for and I wish them every success.

Was moving some items out of the unit and there was water damage to my furniture. I informed the staff immediately. No one contacted me regarding resolution of the issue. I finally called after three weeks to find out that the roof of the unit still hadn't been repaired. End result is that you have to pay for a leaking unit until they get around to fixing it. Only offered a different unit after I called. Might consider renting from storage companies that have newer facilities instead of this one which is getting older.
