Every time I call Rush, you are on hold for 20 plus minutes. You leave a message, and NO one gets back to you. Forget if you actually have to go to the store. Theres multiple people available but make you wait forever to get some kind of help. read more

I had to wait a very long time Then came the diagnosis I oked the work and asked for the price 2 hours later still no price and the work was half done went to ask again and lady at front desk was rude I asked to speek to a manager she wouldn5call so I went to the service counter and they helped me still 15 min later was able to find out the price. We have been taking our truck to Rush for the last year or so. By far the worst place we have ever had it serviced. The completely lie to you, cannot meet any of the dates they promise to get the truck out by, or even provide an estimate for you to approve. I waited 2 days for an estimate, and then after they said all parts were available, they were not and had to wait another 2 days for repairs. The service writer does not return calls either. This is by far the worst facility in the US. They just don't care. read more

Service writers are rude and incompassionate. I recently made a visit with a school bus for a DOT inspection. Upon my arrival I asked about wait times and expressed a need to be finish by a certain time due to a school bus route. After waiting almost an hour while being the only one in line I asked for an update and got a shrug and "I'm waiting on paperwork" response. After continuing to wait I then asked is it possible to get the inspection emailed or faxed due to time constraints. I was given the response "I can email or you can wait the 5 minutes and I'll give it to you." said with a smirky undertone of attitude. The poor customer service given is definitely unmatched. Then the insult to injury my employer was called and told I was rude and not welcomed back. Luckily I had been giving updates throughout my visit so they knew who to believe. read more

I wish I could give negative stars, but unfortunately I can't. I'm an owner operator and had my truck derate for poor def quality. They told me both NOx sensors needed to be replaced to clear the lights and derate. I've been stuck here in San Antonio, TX for a week now and $6000 in so-called repairs not including +$500 in hotels and food. The whole time, the shop foremen and managers have been in meetings(how convenient). No one has been wanting to give me straight answer and I've talked to my local mechanics and they told me that I may need a computer update or a def quality sensor to clear the lights and derate. If this work was done and/or properly diagnosed, the bill would be much lower and I would've been home by now. Very unprofessional and I have reached out to corporate. Warning to all other owner/operators, do not bring your trucks here.....UPDATE- since emailing corporate, the managers and shop foremen are no longer in meetings and called me to update me(would you look at that). I feel like like the body shop scammed me while the covid virus was going I was told 10,000 while the insurance company was at the table the warn me they were over pricing the estimate so the estimate came down soon as the insurance company left the table the price went to 15000 I had to pay 5000 myself because they already had the truck it was a game being played to over charge for the work the guy who did the estimate was named Ignacio I'm very disappointed and thought I would be treated fair. read more

WARNING! Do not get your semi truck serviced with the night shift (after 3pm) The guy in the front doesn't know anything about prices or services and he has to ask for help from Mauricio. Mauricio presents himself as the supervisor of the night shift and isn't. I took my Peterbilt in for a diagnostic and I was quoted a price of $318 (on the phone and when I arrived) The next day Mauricio called me at 9:21PM and stated that the services required for my truck labor and parts was a total of $5,881, and that he sent the approval form via email and if I approved to just sign it and send it back. I told him I did not want the service to be done and that I would pick up my truck in the morning. The next day I went to pick up my truck and the bill came out to almost $600, Mauricio had apparently started working on my truck without my approval or signature. I told him no that I only asked for a diagnostic and did not approve for the service and repairs to be done. Mauricio was rude and unprofessional in front of staff and other customers, he stated that I needed to understand that the mechanics are paid by commission and not by hour, he could not justify to them that they did not get commission from my truck. He also stated that he checked the AC and I never asked him to check it. With attitude and a disrespectful tone he stated that he would not lower 1 cent and that I needed to take it up with the manager. Another employee Pedro Sanchez, present at the desk heard and saw how Mauricio was acting, even though it was after his shift he decided to stay behind and represent the Rush Truck Center and looked up my invoice and questioned Mauricio about the extra charges, he asked why all of the extra work that Mauricio supposedly did was not documented, Mauricio stated that he did document but that the system must have deleted it. Pedro noticed something wrong with the invoice and called the Supervisor in charge. Mauricio got nervous and told him to do whatever he wanted and left. So then Pedro went to the supervisor and explained everything about the over charges and so the supervisor then approved for me to be charged the correct amount for the diagnostic only. Rush Truck Center needs to employ more people like Pedro Sanchez, who saved the company from a legal issue, but the company should also be aware of employing people like Mauricio who can get the company involved in legal matters, trying to steal from the customers. My advice is to take your Semi truck to get serviced with the day shift only, to avoid going through this mess. read more
