He couldn't have done a better job helping me through a very tough time. Attorney Martocchio was exceptional and so was his staff. He and his staff returned every email and phone call. Attorney Martocchio seems never to rest. He called me at the end of the day to make sure I fully understood what was getting done. Unfortunately I've been having health issues and I needed to go on disability. Having limited mobility Attorney Martocchio goes out of his way to visit me when paperwork needs to be signed. Not only is Attorney Martocchio one of the most knowledgeable attorneys but he has respect for others. I wish I could give him more than 5 Stars. I also have referred several friends and family members to Attorney Martocchio. All have been very very satisfied. Thank you

Fortunately, we found some wonderful people and could do a for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) transaction, but we needed a capable seller's attorney's office to handle all the paperwork for us. The entire transaction was as smooth as it could possibly be. Paul's office was very competent. We gave Paul a limited power-of-attorney to handle the transaction for us. Aside for a last minute scurry to find a notary public here (hint: use Yelp) here, there really weren't any problems at all. Anytime I had any questions at all, I knew that I could call Paul or toss him an e-mail and he'd call me right back. After closing, Paul's office wired the balance of funds as soon as they settled the books (one business day!). Because of wire fraud, they were careful to make sure I was really me, and my bank account was really mine, which I appreciated. Over all, I couldn't have been happier. Well, I could have been. I would have liked to have shaked the hands of Paul and his team for doing such a great job. What could have been a stressful situation (remotely selling a house) was instead a dream. Now we have the funds to fix the fixer-upper we bought on the west coast!
