Worst service I have EVER received. Still trying to fix their mistakes. Bought a Mobile Hotspot from Russell Cellular in May. They signed us up for the wrong plan. Also signed us up for a bunch of shit we didn't even want - like device insurance! Been having trouble changing the plan with Verizon. We were supposed to get 4 gigs of 4G for $50, then unlimited 3G. Instead, Verizon has charged us over $150 for our first month. If we can't fix it ourselves, we'll definitely be hiring a lawyer! Do NOT go to Russell Cellular. read more
