Wonderful reps, full of patients and honstey. I love the new management and atmosphere

I went to Russell cellular in Coldwater MI. on 2-11-2020 to pick up a new phone that I had ordered the week before and add another line to my account. They had the new phone but were unable to access my account with Version due to three errors (wrong name, contact number and pin number) that they had made in my account information in the past. When asked if they could correct the errors, they said that could not because I did not have the correct pin number, even after the errors were pointed out to them. The district manager was at the Coldwater store and was rude and would not contact Version to correct the errors that his group had made. I left the store and contacted Version technical support and was able to make the corrections to my account and cancel the new phone from the Coldwater office. Version Tech. support was also able to reorder the phone add a new line to my account and arrange for pick up that day at another Version location. read more
