Initially, I was just 'pleased' with the service that his team provided. The guys were all very courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Well, I'm no longer just pleased, I'm ECSTATIC with the service that this company provides! A year after I had the minisplits installed, I tried to use the heating function that was in the seldom used unit. The unit was only blowing cool air, and I was worried about getting hassled by the company for not bringing the issue up sooner. Larry completely understood (or didn't care since he was going to make it right anyway) that I just never ended up using the unit that winter, so I couldn't have known about the issue. Larry sent the techs out, they found that it was out of refrigerant, fixed the issue and everything was up and running again. Until... Someone in the house must've bumped into the unit and caused another leak of refrigerant. We didn't find out until almost two months later. No worries, Larry sends his guys out, they isolate the problem, and got me back up and running. I was just happy with the communication and that my problem was fixed, but then found out that Larry wasn't even charging me for ANY of these additional visits a year after install! Couldn't recommend this company more.

Yes every company has its bad things and it's bad reviews and everything else but above all and everything they do an awesome job of taking care of their customers. I've been in the industry for over a decade now worked for countless companies where I would have to go in and do warranty work for months on calls that nobody could figure out that people sold knowing that nobody at the company probably could figure this out. So you can only imagine how infuriated these customers must have been. So actually for once in a decade quite literally it was nice to actually go into a company and not be bombarded with warranty work that nobody can figure out for months on months with customers that are very fed up and have just paid thousands of dollars for basically nothing.

They showed up late, parked on yard when asked not to,found nails in yard,poor craftsmanship on the…read moreroof and the trim and the whole installation.I had to make them replace a facia board that wasn't cut right and they split it and was gonna leave they even tried to cover it up , they screwed up the roll roofing then covered up their screw ups w bigger flashing and more roll roofing did not want to put the right vent pipe on especially when they left some piss poor cuts and just tarred over they got tar on shingles and I had to advised on some loose edges , they left divots in new shingles the starter had to b trimmed and the list goes on I found condom wrapper in my yard and they tried to buy all my stuff on my property, also left trash in yard and they made cuts on my decking, once I told about issues they immediately threaten w leins cause they dnt want to fix their screw ups check out their review on google and bbb that I wrote to explain more dnt use them their shady their also affiliated w universal roofing out of Tulsa and just moved to prattville ok they also the shingles aren't snug on edges like before and I had to pay their bills for them and their lawyer is giving false information to and they put hole in my decking with out telling me and just covered it up w shingles I offered more money to do job right and I still got shady work, don't use them I'm not on Any social media but got these accounts to help people of this kinda of work and I hope ya listen and this help and people should not get treated this way

I called the payment in over the phone. to find out minutes later, the unit was not working from my tenant. The worker did not even have time to leave the premises. They refunded me the money back for the part, they had on. which was not the problem, but charge me for putting it on. The owner would not return my calls. I was out of a large sum of money, since I was unable to get it back from my credit card. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. You must be able to trust a company, and I didnt feel this way after this happen.
