It is difficult travelling outside Canada and paying for health care in the US but Dr. Gotkin was incredibly reasonable and fair with his charges. I had several follow up appointments and I am heading back home with a toe that no longer hurts and has healed really well. I would travel to this clinic with a foot problem rather than be treated elsewhere. They know what they are doing and they are incredibly nice.

To me, that says a lot about the overall patient experience. I called after lunch and was placed on hold three separate times before I could even provide the purpose of my call. Once I was able to speak with the front desk staff, the representative seemed unsure how to verify eligibility for insurance coverage. I had already verified with my insurance that provider was in fact In-network and accepted my insurance. After nearly 15 minutes on the phone, (between holding 3 times and providing my information) I politely thanked her for her time and decided to schedule elsewhere. It is unfortunate because I had read wonderful things about Dr. Jerry and was hoping to become a patient. However, if the first point of contact is this difficult and the staff answering the phones do not appear to have the customer service skills or tools needed to assist patients effectively, it makes it hard to feel confident moving forward. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the scheduling experience may be preventing potential patients from ever reaching the provider.

He was able to help me immediately, explain so I understood, and was an overall nice, easy gentleman to converse with. I felt he was knowledgeable, prepared and able to analyze my foot problem. H also has two locations I'm aware of, making it easier to find one near the patient.
