If you have 6 months to wait this company may be for you. If you like to call over and over to find out when the job will be started only to wait days to hear back.... May be for you. Always had an excuse: the rig broke down, the weather, we're behind and again the rig. Poor service and response. Worth paying more to get it done in a timely manner vs maybe never. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more

They also took care of getting a variance from the county so we could drill in a spot that would normally not be approved. Above all that they also talked me through what to expect on the day they would be drilling and how I should talk to my neighbors to prepare them for the noise and water/sludge that would be flowing off my property. In the end the on-site crew was very friendly and did the work in the two days they said they would and made sure water was flowing in my house before they left. And believe it or not, the final price came in less than the estimate. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and I will be recommending them to anyone else who might need their services.

We woke up...on Friday the 13th....to a geyser in the basement. Pressure tank for the water well…read more...well...split..and spewed. Old house, new to us. I called the sticker on the tank. They came that very day. I had called the bank and prepared for the worst. One new pressure tank and one hour later it was good as new. AND still under warranty. We paid for a $9 part and labor. We were so very happy. The guys were great. Ms. Donna made me calm and reassured me on the phone long before they arrived. Start to finish they cared. Flynn well service charged the pastor of our church, 3 extra hrs. of overtime (above the cost of…read morewell service and repair) after getting stuck in their yard (delaying their work), and after being advised where they should NOT drive, directed by the home owner, in the certain part of the yard (to avaoid this getting stuck, which they drove in it anyway). -Their error-. Then, our pastor pulled them out with his tractor (saving them the cost of a tow truck), and then Flynn doesn't offer to fix the yard or pay for tearing up the his yard. This is unacceptable, to put these costs on the customer for their (Flynn's) error in judgement, mistakes, and destruction of property. I personally, would not hire someone with these business practices. There are many other well service businesses out their to choose from. I work for a company that involves entry to people's property and would not do anything like this, to the customer.

Because the purchasing store wasn't friendly, I didn't feel comfortable reaching out to them, so I decided to inquire with Top Stitch. Not only were they extremely helpful and friendly, made a suggestion, which luckily seems to have cured the problem. Since then, I have purchased several accessories from them, as well as a B485 last week. Customer service is great! I am so thankful I found them. I will gladly drive 2 hours to do business with them.

I bought a used Pfaff 4.0 2 years ago and loved it. But in opening it up again to make a baby…read morequilt, somehow I pushed the wrong button and I locked myself out of stitch choice and adjustments. I'm embarrassed to say I called top stitch 2 days in a row. Each time, my problem was solved by one of the helpful staff. But the THIRD day, Tim himself, diagnosed what I had tried to do for 3 days! Over the phone, he analyzed I'd locked myself out of options. I'm happy to say the quilt is now done in time for tomorrow's shower. Most companies would tell me to bring my machine in for a free, of course! I live 3 hours away from the store, making that scenario impossible. I can NOT thank them enough for their courtesy, time and expertise. If you need repair or a new or used machine, I can't recommend Top Stitch highly enough!
