The stylists also all ganged up on me trying to shame me for getting mad at who I was with for trying to leave my kid in the car and come in the salon. Sorry I'm not a neglectful mom like you guys? And that I have PTSD? That would be one thing but then LaTrease was very rude to me any time I saw her after that and proceeded to be rude even after I explained the unimaginable trauma I've been through which causes me to have PTSD. Just overall terrible customer service, to the point where the experience bothers me a year later. This woman seemed only concerned with fitting in with the these other stylists versus actually forming a connection with a client. 0/10 would NOT recommend
