Divine intervention. Blue cheese onions balsamic tomato romaine
    Cyn P.

I've only been here once and look forward to coming back and trying a few other burgers. I got the divine intervention. Love the name! The burger was cooked to order. Service was good. So this is a burger that has blue cheese on it and a balsamic reduction. They were a little bit surprised when I asked for some mustard on the side. So overall really good burger can't complain. However, I wish there had been a bit more blue cheese. The bun was toasted but somewhat crapped I asked her utensils in order to cut the burger where the bun was cracked so that I could actually eat it. Still this doesn't take away from the experience. I was quite happy with every bite and every morsel.

Came here because of many good reviews. My perfectly crafted Green Chile Cheeseburger was...well..perfect, not much more to stay other than very satisfying. Paired with ANY beer from the downstairs tap room of Santa Fe Brewing, it was a good day!

Legend says if you interrupt her mopping, you will be cursed with salty food.

Green Jeans was not bumping on a Thursday night and there were maybe 2 other sets of people ordering food when we came in. We wanted to try BBQ but couldn't find the vendor so our next best choice was Rustic On the Green. I should have convinced my mans to get pizza because this experience was just ok, if not a little less than ok. I should actually give it 2 starts because it definitely could have been better but there were some things that were good. First, the person who was taking orders was mopping and didn't wash her hands between tasks, including touching food items, which is beyond gross. Not only that but she and the person cooking were fighting over days off which felt very uncomfortable. After about 2 min she finally comes to take out order (she knew we were there cause she looked directly at us and rolled her eyes) but she is not happy, very hostile. I just take this as she's mad at him and not me so I order and take my pager. We decided to sit upstairs but I came back down before the pager went off. I hate to say that I was relieved, but I can't think of another word, that she was super rude to the people I saw ordering next as well. In fact, this time she refused to turn while mopping and the people had to call out to her and this made her even angrier and she angry mopped for about 30 seconds before putting it down and taking their order. The person ordering changed their order about halfway through and I thought she might punch the lady. YIKES!!! When my order came up, she never punched in the pager so it sat there for a while, because NO ONE would come to the counter. I knew it was my order but what if it wasn't. Finally, I start to get mad and she comes over and punches in the pager. I'm like, hi, it's me, you're the problem, it's you. LOL!!! She also forgot to give me my water and when I asked, even the guy cooking is angry at me now and screams from behind the table, "WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW???" Oh, just the water I paid for, thanks. Mind you, I haven't said any words to them, except to order and to ask about my water. I know everyone has bad days but come on!!! Add insult to injury, both the patty melts and loaded tater tots were inedible salty. At first, I thought it was mine but I noticed my burger loving mans hardly ate his. When I asked, he said it was so salty it hurt his mouth. So, we both didn't finish our burgers and did not eat the tots. Sadness, because tots are one of my fave foods. Luckily, the chili and the queso on top of the tots was edible and actually really good. I wish I just got a bowl of those items. Absolutely, never eating here again. Never. Ever. No. Nope. No way. But I can't say some things weren't really delicious so 2.5 stars and hope you have better luck than I did.

Yummy burgers & spiciness at its finest. Seeing the great Yelp reviews for Rustic Burger, we made a beeline soon as we left the airport The setup is laid back and inventive....looks like a bunch of shipping containers repurposed for use There is a food court with different offerings but Mr & I knew we wanted the burgers Claimed to be serving Beyond Meat, we chose the Sacred & Day of the Dead. The patties were indeed veggie but Im not sure if I could say they were Beyond as this brand has a distinctive texture & flavor & we didn't get that from these burgers. Still tasty but can't vouch they were Beyond Nonetheless, we asked them to sub the veggie patties on these choices & ''twas no big deal. Both were really, really good. We both liked the Sacred's mustard domination with a chile kick and also liked the wood fired / smoky flavor of the super spicy Day of the Dead Paired these delights with some of their green chile queso & that had a sneaky burn.....in a good way You think you're just eating yummy queso t then slowly but surely the burn sets in & wow! This is a place that is return-worthy! Get your veggie burger on!

    Burger with fries

Pleased with the food here, delish! And reasonably priced. Have tried the Italian fries, made with truffle oil and they are delicious if you like mushroom flavor. The burger was perfectly done with caramelized onions, bacon and French dressing on marble rye. In a week, I've already been there twice so that says something.

Sweet potato fries, day of the dead burger, the sacred & Italian truffle fries.
    Allison T.

Dude taking our order was really cool and the food came out fairly fast. I'd give the day of the dead burger a 8/10. Thing is HOT, my god. Sweet potato fries were great but the ranch tasted like craft ranch (as in not made in their kitchen). My husband got the sacred and gave it a 4/10 , as well as the truffle fries. We both agree that the buns they use on their burgers are really good. Three dollars for iced tea that was not to great. I think it would taste better if they used filtered water. I'd still come back to try something different.

My husband and I found this place and yelp, we didn't know what to expect as a green chili cheeseburger is not something we've had coming from California. We had the Sacred and it was amazing! Full of flavor with a kick! I am absolutely saving this place. The tots were also delicious on the spicy side. I love spicy!

After a long plane ride to visit family in New Mexico, we were starving and Yelp lead me here. This restaurant is located in a small food court with a few other places. It looks like it would be average food and doesn't really stand out however once I got and tried the burger I knew why this place had such a high rating on Yelp. I ordered the Rustic burger and added bacon. The burger was large and juicy and had the best flavor. The bacon and the caramelized onions were such good toppings. The rustic sauce that comes with this burger is like the Big Mac sauce from McDonald's. The fries were the thin fries and they were hot and fresh when I got my food. Overall the food was so delicious and I love a good burger. The service could slightly improve, we waited a few minutes before we were acknowledged but we came during a slow period so that could explain that but the burger was so worth the wait!!

The King Philly, Green Chile Burger, and Italian fries were bomb! The outdoor seating area was great as well.

We got some burgers and fries from Rustic on the green at green jeans farmery. All of it was absolutely delicious and the spicy burger was extremely spicy (and delicious) too- did not disappoint!!!!!!!

Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.

(Except for the noise from an occasional loud vehicle that drove by!) We ordered two appetizers: Korean Chicken Bites and Parmesan Zucchini Ribbons. The chicken bites weren't our favorite. Just okay. But the zucchini ribbons with the lemon basil aioli were so good! I would go back just to order that starter again. One disappointment is that I really wanted to order the Shishito Peppers. No longer on the menu. My meal was the Pastrami Reuben with fries. I switched out the Swiss cheese for cheddar. I liked the meal, and it was enough to bring half of the sandwich home for lunch the next day. The other two ordered the Crispy Pork Belly & Tomato Jam flat bread. One liked it, the other was just okay with it. Two of us ordered sangria. It was white, which came as a surprise to us. It was less sweet than we prefer. Another in our group ordered a mocktail and quite liked it. Got a second one and I don't believe they charged for the refill. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of it. It might sound like I have too many issues to give a 4-star rating, but I stand by it. The amience was nice. The wait staff was pleasant. The menu was creative. I'll definitely go back.

When we walked onto the patio and took in those sweeping views of the Sandias, I was ready to love this place. Los Poblanos has all the ingredients of a truly special dining experience: a gorgeous setting, a thoughtful farm-to-table ethos, and a menu that promises something above the ordinary. Which is exactly why the evening's annoying missteps were so disappointing. Service was well intentioned but unpolished. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed and, at times, unfamiliar with the menu -- a problem when guests are asking genuine questions about the food and wine. We ordered bread which came before our drinks were served. Wine service was inconsistent. I ordered an Albariño by the glass - 6 oz. My sister ordered the Cabernet listed on the menu as a recommended pairing for her entrée, priced at $11. After we placed our drink orders, the waiter returned to inform her that the menu price was incorrect -- the wine was actually $18. She agreed to proceed. He then asked whether she wanted "a half glass or a full glass," which is an oddly imprecise question at a restaurant whose menu specifies pours in 3, 6, and 9 oz increments. She said half glass. What arrived was 3 oz of wine in a small serving carafe, which the waiter simply poured into her glass -- no bottle presented, no taste offered. My own Albariño, by contrast, was brought to the table in the bottle with a proper taste before pouring. The disparity in service between the two of us was striking. A simple, clear statement -- "3 oz of this wine is $18, not $11; would you still like it?" -- would have resolved everything cleanly. Instead, the vague "half or full glass" framing left my sister without the information she needed to make an informed choice. For what it's worth, the wine itself was extraordinarily tannic -- borderline undrinkable -- and I would have sent it back. My nephew ordered a top shelf whiskey. The waiter told him "we don't have that". My nephew said "it's on your menu" to which the waiter responded "oh, let me check on that". There seemed to be too many instances of the waiter running back to the bar to check on stuff. Anyway, it was available. The waiter apologized. We ordered the bread which was served before our drinks arrived. Food took about an hour which is fine - I don't have an issue with that but during that time we never saw the waiter again. I ordered the soup of the day - potato and leek which was delicious. Followed by the blackberry salad, which was my main course. Both arrived simultaneously, with the salad placed in front of me and the soup set to the side as an afterthought. At a restaurant at this price point, the expectation that soup precedes salad is not an eccentricity -- it is simply correct service. When I expressed my surprise, the servers seemed genuinely puzzled, which suggests this may be a training gap rather than an isolated incident. As for the salad itself -- it was pleasant, but pleasant is not enough here. The blackberry salad was the kind of thing you might enjoy at a well-run casual chain: competently assembled, inoffensive, and forgettable. At a farm-to-table restaurant with access to exceptional local ingredients, I expect the plate to reflect that -- more intentional presentation, more layered flavors, something that is more elevated than what was presented. This one didn't. The gap between the setting and what landed on the table was wider than it should have been. My sister and nephews ordered the filet mignon and rib eye. Both arrived pre-sliced -- a presentation trend that has made its way into fine dining, though one that divides opinion. My concern, beyond personal preference, is practical: sliced meat loses heat faster, and at roughly $80 per entrée, guests should receive their steak in the condition that best showcases it. The quality was good, not exceptional. Los Poblanos is a restaurant with genuine promise and a setting that few can match. The concept is right; the execution needs work. The issues I encountered -- inconsistent wine service, course sequencing, and a discombobulated waiter-- are not kitchen problems. They are fixable. I hope the restaurant takes that seriously, because the bones here are excellent and the experience should be too.

The overall flavor was flat, with an odd emphasis on dried fruit that didn't help the dish. The quinoa salad was similarly unbalanced, consisting mostly of plain, unseasoned quinoa with very little else. Adding chicken helped slightly, and it was at least moist, but it had very little flavor. Table service in the bar area appeared stretched thin. We had to flag down our server to clear the table and request the check. After receiving the bill, we waited about 15 minutes before ultimately getting up to find her. The ambiance was very nice, which brings this to 2 stars. If not for that and the clean bathrooms, this would have been a 1-star experience.
