We were referred by a family friend to consider this vendor for our wedding rentals. We were a bit concerned because of the tight budget we had to work with and it being a backyard wedding. That being said we were able to visit their show room in the valley look at all of their rental items. The company then followed up with an estimate of the rental items, and from there we trimmed down what we didn't need and added anything we forgot about. They were really flexible when we had any changes to the guest count or the rental items leading up to wedding day. Day of before wedding rentals were dropped off and let me tell you their rentals were super organized and labeled, we were able to talk with the people to verify we had everything, they placed and put the arch together for the wedding, and even cleaned the dance floor before they headed out. The day after the wedding rentals were picked up with no problem. I highly recommend this company for any special or larger events you have coming up. With all the great review of this place I had high hopes. Unfortunately I was left disappointed with my experience. The communication was horrible, I had to keep reaching out for every part of the process from receiving the invoice, to the delivery time (which I was informed of after multiple communication attempts and confirmed about 45 min before delivery). The farm tables looked great but we did have one chair that came broken... Now, when it came time for pick up, no one reached out to me to inform me of a time and the next thing I know is that people are walking around my backyard without being given permission to come and and walking past three gates to get to. This was very unsettling to me, there is no reason why they should have entered my property without asking or confirming. That's trespassing and I did not get one phone call, text, nothing. It's unfortunate because like I previously mentioned, the tables were great which is why I gave them the extra star... my husband called to complain and they said they're reach back out but surprise surprise, they never did. read more

We recently had two events in Pasadena, a wedding and a reception. Carlos and his team was wonderful throughout the process. They are a small team of dedicated professionals who work hard and care about their craft and we felt great about supporting them. Carlos in particular gave us tons of advice on arrangement of tables and lighting that ended up looking spectacular while also being price conscious. We were on a budget but Carlos came through at every stage with beautiful arrangements. At our wedding, they had to set up quite early (around 8 am) but were efficient and easy to work with. They really showed us something special with our reception. The tablecloths, napkins, plates and cutlery were all fantastic and really created an incredible mood for our event. His team were there on time and finished early to allow the rest of our decorations to compliment their touches. At the end of the event they were extremely efficient during break-down and got everything cleared in record pace.
