Not the food experience we expected. , all the 3 French inspired dishes we ordered were close to a disaster, the carpaccio was so filled with so many things and flavors that lost any identity. The tartar was over powered by tarragon, the confit de canard was too dry, tasting more like fried duck leg than confit de canard, the salad with foie gras, rillette and others was a number of things put together on top of some lettuce without any sauce, it felt like good quality things taken from some jars/cans and dropped on a plate, not at all cooked with passion or dedication. After 4 pathetic dishes, the tartar bring sent back but we were charged for it!!! we ordered the seafood platter, luckily that was good. The best part of the dinner was the champagne. Very sad. If you can do fish best, change your profile because French you have no idea to cook or even present in the plate in an appealing way.
