It's priced at 66 USD for the night so it was a pretty fair price, more expensive than our previous days however. After getting him checked in and going to a room we were quickly determined to get out of here. We walked right down immediately after and attempted to get a refund given the aroma and quality of the hotel room. There wasn't even toilet paper in the room. The hotel refused to refund us and we were pretty upset, however the manager Ajay worked with us to try and help. They couldn't refund us, but he truly worked to try and address all concerns we had. He checked out a few other rooms with us and was very calm and kind even through our frustration. I highly appreciate him and his customer service and is the reason I am not giving a 1 star. It's not his fault the quality of the hotel was poor and again truly tried to help. The rooms didn't smell great, everything was outdated, our particular room had a balcony that was shared with the neighbors, the room was pretty beat up and just not of high quality. If you don't care about quality this place could definitely work. It was relatively cheap and staff was good, but really wouldn't stay here again given the chance. Quality Inn Collegiate and Econolodge is a good budget range motel style accommodation that has the…read moreadded bonus of kitchen facilities including a mini fridge, oven and stove and plenty of crockery and cutlery. There is a shared laundry on-site. We stayed in a one bedroom family suite and found the room to be clean, comfortable and suited to our needs. The rooms were well heated and with added electric blankets for those colder nights it ticked the box for what we needed. The bedding options where a queen with 2 singles or 4 singles in a room and the option of an additional rollaway for a fifth person. The bathrooms were impressively clean and the shower was sensational with great water pressure and very hot water. Just be warned there is no extraction fan so it won't take long to steam the place up when you enjoy that hot shower. Having said that this is an older building which was probably catering to visitors to the region well over 60 years ago so I would suggest you don't expect the mod cons of a new property, however they do offer complimentary wifi. All in all the staff were accommodating and having an onsite manager means that if you're a late arrival and still need assistance there is someone who can attend to your requests for your room. Rooms are serviced daily even though you are staying in apartment style accommodation. I would recommend this property for families looking for budget style accommodation.
