Told me to call back early Monday as they would try to get the car taken care of if we had been unable to get it repaired. The car was able to be repaired elsewhere. Not to mention he will keep your car longer than you could imagine even though most of us have seen our cars kept at a repair garage for what we thought was a long time this guy takes the cake. I only know 2 other people that took their vehicle there and to no surprise they had the same thoughts feelings, and bad taste left in their mouth toward this awful excuse of a legit business. I sat for close to half an hour while the owner chatted on the phone with what sounded like a conversation with a friend. After quite a while it was getting close to closing time. A lady was sitting by me with her coat on, apparently waiting for him to close so they could go home. She literally glared at me with a very unfriendly look on her face. I finally gave up and left. I will never go there again in spite of the fact that its location is so convenient. His brother has a place way on the other side of town where I go for many things. Sadly, he does not have an inspection station. I sure wish he did. The service there is great.

Westlake can fix 99% of problems thus saving me a lot of wasted time. I recently had a loud clunking noise develop. They took the car out, examined it and made a diagnosis. Unfortunately this was one they could not fix.They did not even charge me! Took it to the dealer and they 100% confirmed what I was told here in Erie.

They always fit me in quickly, they are honest about what repairs are necessary or optional, their prices are more than fair, and Mike is so dang friendly every time I'm there. As a woman, finding a car repairman that doesn't look at me and see $$ signs and an 'easy target' is a challenge. I absolutely feel I can trust Mike and his crew, and I am so thankful for the friendly service they provide.
