Our Atwood furnace in our fifth wheel would kick on then turn off after unsuccessfully igniting the propane. A fellow Rv'er I met at Fun N Sun resort told me he had a great experience with RVMobile Home Center. I called and talked to Estella. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and promptly set up an appointment for the next day. I had a good idea what was wrong but didn't want to void a warranty. Jessie came out to the appointment and allowed me to shadow him during the fix. He explained that the new Atwoods had a design flaw of their Sail switch assembly. The plastic case would get in the way of the switch and not allow it to fully open. He has seen and fixed four of them. Sure enough he was correct. It took just over a half hour and I learned how I could do it myself if need be. Cost was less than deductible. Great customer service and good people. read more
