They'll lead you on for weeks then deny they did anything making it harder for you and giving you more hoops to jump through. Make sure the area they are working in is recorded to, so there's no denying anything if there is any issue. Other than that, they are the cheapest around. I guess you could say you get what you pay for. Also DO NOT let them back on your property to do assessment, they are just stalling you out. Just tell them to take it up with your insurance company.
