Wanted it installed in my kitchen. The flooring they installed in the kitchen (see picture) is NOTHING like the Brazillian Koa sample they had in their store. I have since learned there are multiple kinds of Brazillian Koa. The sample in the store was not the Brazillian Koa that was installed in my house. I knew the width of the wood had changed, but the color should have been the same. Not even close!! When I voiced my displeasure, I was told I had to open all 16 boxes and inspect each piece of wood or the wood was mine. Hate it! Do not use this establishment!!

I received an email from the store manager confirming I could pick up my order Friday, so both my husband and I took the day off work to make the 3-hour drive. At 4 PM the night before, I was told the forklift was "broken" and my material couldn't be unloaded. When I called, the employee was sarcastic and dismissive, and the manager minimized the issue by telling me to "think how we feel." He then claimed he had "just reordered" my product but when I checked through LL Flooring's customer service line, they couldn't even confirm that. Now I've been told I'll have to wait until October 7. This has caused: * Lost wages for me and my husband * Multiple contractor reschedules (at my cost) * Serious delays in opening my dance studio, which depends on this flooring What's worse: LL Flooring has refused to expedite my order, deliver it directly, or provide an in-stock alternative at no cost even though these delays were entirely their fault. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a company. Miscommunication, broken promises, and no accountability. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust LL Flooring with your project.

Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. We spent approximately 5-7 minutes in the showroom looking at products on our own. During that time, we observed at least four employees walking around, several focused on their cell phones, yet not one acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. At that point, we concluded that the business must be doing well enough that it could afford to overlook potential customers. We left and drove across the street to Bedrosians Tile & Stone. The difference in customer service was immediate. We were greeted as soon as we entered, asked about our project, and an associate personally guided us through the showroom to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we purchased approximately $46,000 worth of tile from Bedrosians--business that could have easily gone to Arizona Tile had someone simply taken a few minutes to assist us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Arizona Tile, particularly to homeowners or non-contractors seeking guidance. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend Bedrosians Tile & Stone, where the experience was professional, attentive, and customer-focused.

I understood estimates for contracting this job ranged from $350 to $600. Instead, I went to Anasazi Sand and Rock. Their manager (Karl) pointed me to a selection of Arizona Flagstone. They estimated the cost, loaded 150 pounds of Ledgestone rocks into my car and charged me $62.60! I placed the flagstone and the little garden looks beautiful. This was a $63 Job, but they treated me like a $10,000 client. They were wonderful. They gave me advice, estimated how much I needed, walked me around their yard to look at choices, loaded the rocks in my car, and invited me back if I needed more.

Jackson was very hands-on and helpful in finding the right carpet at a great price that would match the room. And Sammy, the installer, was just excellent! On time, hard worker, professional. The carpet depot is tucked away on the north west corner of Thomas and 32nd St. You have to look for them, but you'll be glad you did. They appreciate your business and it shows. For the second time, I'm really happy with the work they did at the price point they provided. A couple years ago, I referred a friend in Tempe on a much bigger job and she was similarly very happy and impressed.

This was a new location for us, and after parking and figuring out where to go, a male employee outside directed us to the sample rocks. We found what we needed in under five minutes. When we walked into the trailer to pay at approximately 1:58, we were met with an extremely unwelcoming attitude. There were four employees inside, and not one acknowledged us. A blonde woman behind the counter looked up and abruptly said, "We are closed," in a very dismissive manner. ( Sadly, I didn't catch her name but she was blonde and sounded like she's smoked one too many cigarettes ). I completely understand wanting to leave on time, but the delivery was unnecessarily rude. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. We were purchasing five rip rap rocks, not placing a large or time-consuming order. What makes this more frustrating is that the employee outside who directed us never mentioned that they were closing in 10 minutes, which would have allowed us to respect their time. We are repeat customers, but unfortunately this is not the first time the front desk staff has been unhelpful or unfriendly. Customer service matters, and based on our experiences, I would not recommend this business. Honestly, you're better off walking around in the desert to find some free rocks rather than deal with this place. And that's what we did!

I Purchased some pebble tile for my shower floor. Didn't amount to more than $500 or so. I was…read morenever told that I could not return it and my tile installer had Covid and was sick for quite some time, maybe a month or so. When we opened the boxes, we realized that the tile would not work at all with my shower floor. When I tried to return such a small amount, the response was it was a special order. It wasn't more than 60 days, but regardless why would it not matter if it was 30 days but really mattered if it was 60 days. My tile installer assured me that Cactus Tile would accept the return. I would never purchase from a company who is more concerned with $$$ than customer satisfaction, especially for such a small order. Buyer beware. Other companies don't have this issue.
