Got what I needed, finally. I emailed first to get a quote and they responded within a day, so I can't complain about that. I tried to pay over the phone with a card - no can do. I know paying in person reduces the risk of fraud. They must have been burned several times. I won't lie, I tried to find another place to get the roofing tiles. I didn't want to make the 1hr+ round trip to pay for the order. When I did finally show up to pay for the order, it took approximately an hour to get the order processed and paid for. That is not from waiting in line. I walked up to the counter in an empty store. Not sure why it took sooooo long to just pay for an order. I had even brought in a printout of the email quote with all the numbers. So it turned into 2 hours errand just to pay for the tiles. You can see why I looked for an alternative. But, in the end, they delivered the tile I needed on the day they said it would. It took 10 days to get the delivery, but it came when they said with the product I needed. read more

I asked for help when I walked in, never got it!!! I stood there and waited and there were no clients in the whole store! There were 2 people behind the counter, one of them was chatting with his buddy who was passing by to say hi and their conversation was nothing but golf. The other person was on the phone and when she was done, she went back to her Mobil device to check her messages! Long story short, I went else where to buy my $8000 for tile!!! Went to search for a replacement roof tile and this is the spot. Only needed one since it had fallen off my roof. With picture in hand they drove me out in a golf cart to match the tile. UNBELIEVABLE!! Wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. They sent me a notice that they were going to file a lien against my house saying I had 30 days to pay them $2200 for building materials that a licensed building contractor purchased from them to replace my roof. Instead of going after the contractor, they came after the home owner. My contract was with the contractor. I have no obligation to the people they buy their products from. What kind of company would use these tactics??? The contractor told me they paid the bill and apologized for the asinine letter I received. Just cannot believe this happened!! I wouldn't buy from this place if they had the last shingle on earth. Okay... I feel better now. (Follow up to the above... the roofing contractor contacted this supplier and expressed my feelings about what they did, and a rep from this company called and apologized. If your not a regular contractor, forget about stopping by and getting help. Two guys helping in front, I was finally acknowledge by a blonde hair older gentleman who looked like he would help us. Went outside to look for a product for us. After waiting patiently he returns, walks passed us and doesn't say anything. He begins to talk to another customer since he was a regular and leaves us guessing if we are getting our materials or not. We had to ask another gentleman to finally get an answer. Had us waiting wasting our time to tell us they didn't have what I needed. Horrible customer service and rude. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.
