The lack of willingness to help someone whom clearly has a case. I was hired by a Woman who was a…read moresub contractor. for the main contractor in Atlanta Georgia. I was to be paid $20.00 an hour. after 6 days I filed a whistleblower complaint. the next day I was essentially fired. Because I threatened to protest which I'm doing. I never got paid for the 6 day's. The sub -contractor whom hired me and 7 others took the money from the contractor in Atlanta. Didn't pay us and ran. Her name is an Alias. Police one day after filing my complaint. Stopped me when walking and said they already confirmed one felony and the woman is not whom she claims to be. Turns out the woman didn't have a contract with the contractor in Atlanta. Nobody is vetting the sub contractors. I'm being told that the post office can fire me up to 6 months just because they don't like me. I guess the whistleblower act is a lie. because the very next day I was fired. one may draw the conclusion that was retaliation for my complaint. And this law firm is to busy. they brag about there successes. But they cannot help me stop a true injustice. one client $1,879,204. Another got $285.000. If it is true that the post office can fire someone in a timeline of 6 months even though I filed a Whistleblower complaint. That in itself should be a law suite. Because I have right's. How do I get paid. Who will make them accountable? Not this law firm!!! Thanks for nothing.
