Now Acrisure is the agent for the insurance company. You have to sign an on line agreement to that effect, and relieving them of any obligation to you. It begins with you having to chose which product you want to discuss. I hire an agent to do that for me, because I do not know. Thus the relationship is now backwards, and likely to result in bad decisions. Look elsewhere. Not national, a person with integrity.

Some of the problem seem to be the complete lack of support from State Farm, and part of it is because of the very large turnover of employees at Mr. Nelson's agency. Most recently: I have been trying to get support for problems with my insurance billing for over a month. Numerous calls and emails were not responded to except one time. Yesterday I was fed up and switched insurance companies. I left a voice message AND sent an email to Mr. Nelson himself to cancel all of my State Farm policies and have received only a canned email message from Mr. Nelson to contact his team with my request. I am back with Geico (where I should have stayed all along) and paying much less for the same exact coverage. PS. The purpose of dealing with an agency is to get direct and personal customer service. This simply did not happen for me here.
