When my fiend, a nearly blind elderly widow, needed to sell her house so she could move into assisted living, Marilyn helped her find people to clean the house out to get it ready for sale. She worked with the seller to get through all paperwork needed to get the property listed, explaining everything patiently to the seller. She also helped the seller find people to clean out the house to prepare it for sale.
