Question is how am I going to pay for it if they got my letter of proof of insurance? Then they suggested I get my registration transferred. Which doesn't make any sense. At this point i asked to just forget it. Apparently this business is so busy they dont need or want my business, very unfortunate. They also had my last name in their system COMPLETELY different from what it is, despite me having given all my information twice before, and phonetically. It makes me not have confidence in their ability to be organized or communicate properly.
