Despite repeated visits and voicemails, I have never received the assistance I was promised. Their lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Emails go unanswered, phone calls aren't returned, and in‑person service is frustratingly slow. This level of disregard for customers is deeply discouraging and reflects poorly on how Express Insurance values its clients.
