I have been buying and selling homes for 30 years, but have never encountered a more dishonest and deceptive realtor like Ryan. Ryan is a pathological liar and will do anything to sell a home and make some money. On my transaction in San Clemente, he was caught lying 6 times. it was so bad that by the end of the transaction we were not talking to each other. If you see his name on a sign, don't walk... run as far away as you can. He really can't help himself and actually believes his own lies. I'm surprised no one has sued him yet, because his reputation among realtors is very negative. I was warned about him, but proceeded anyway. The property I purchased is a townhouse with a wonky HOA. Ryan lied to me about my parking, Storage, kitchen cabinets, incorrect appliances, as well as tell me I was allowed to install a Jacuzzi on the rooftop deck which got me sideways with the other owners. He truly has no shame as long as he gets his check. Do not be fooled by his appearances and phony smile. This man's picture should be on a mug shot and not on a real estate sign. read more
