We continue to be very happy customers at Steven Aft's State Farm Insurance and we could not be more pleased to have spent 26 years with this State Farm Agency in Murphy, NC. When we had water damage due to lady bugs that blocked one of our air conditioners, State Farm was on top of it. Handled it swiftly with a State Farm Rep to come examine the damage and covered the entire cost of repairing all areas that were damaged. Excellent service. Years ago, probably 15 to 17 years ago, a storm damaged our roof, we are at 2,400 feet on top of a mountain. Yes, the view and sunsets are amazing! That was our first claim in Murphy and again State Farm handled the claim immediately. We have been long time State Farm customers, basically *forever*. We have agents in the ATL burbs for both our house and for our 2 daughters and their families homes. In 2006, when the neighbors dead tree went over their house and hit our house where the roof met from the front & back of the house, it was 3 months and $50,000 to repair the damage. Our State Farm Agent in Alpharetta/Johns Creek was excellent as well as Steven Aft's agency is. Everything handled with no issues only great service from our State Farm Agents and State Farm Insurance.
