Been here several times over the years. Great to stay and take a beer bath, massage and hops…read more wrap. Excellent seasonal beer, particularly the blueberry and apricot summer offerings. Outstanding, tasty cheap beer for two bucks a glass. I've had an incredible chocolate stout here in the past. If you don't drink alcohol, they offer different types of flavored mineral waters, which are excellent. The restaurant has good offering about four or five main entrées. I had to duck both nights this time. A little bony but not bad. Service is decent. There's also a small store where you can buy beer or kegs for a decent price. Not much else to do in the town. Worth a weekend. Did the brewery tour but nothing really all that special.

The beer bath are available only on the hour. You go downstairs and leave all your clothes in the locker, no swimsuit needed. :-) You enter this small area where the metal bath is filled with beer and a fresh mug of beer is placed next to you. The woman was super sweet and is ready to take your pictures. The beer is warm so no worries. You relax for 20min and then you go for another 20min to a relaxation area and you are given another mug with beer and just relax there. You can take a shower after and no you do not smell like beer. I rented a car to get there, about 100miles or 160 km each way from Prague. I also had a massage but I was not too happy with it. You take all your clothes off and are covered with small 2 towels and it feels like she is rubbing oil into your skin not giving you a massage. When she massages your back you are asked to sit down while you are barely covered by this tiny towel. Even when I was getting dress, the woman started to fix the bed, so Im naked trying to dress in privacy but she is fixing the bed. Just different and not very relaxing, I would skip the massage all together.

My family and I come here very often for special occasions. We've been celebrating New Year's Eve here for three years now. This place is great for groups with kids too. But don't forget to make a reservation ahead of time because they get very busy during holidays. We ordered: Pork knuckle - It took them awhile to prepare it but it is worth the wait. At least I know it is fresh. 5/5 Pancakes - I always crave for dessert and decided to order the pancakes. They are so delicious and sweet. The blueberry yoghurt filling is so good! 5/5 1/4 Duck with dumplings - it was little salty but the sauerkraut and dumplings balanced it well. 5/5 Waffle with ice cream - Didn't try it but my nephew said it was delicious 5/5

Czech dishes tend to be on the saltier side than in the US but their food is delicious and not too salty. We ordered: Beef tartar (tatarak) - small, but tasty! Good appetizer for group of 4 :) 1/2 Duck with dumplings (kachna se zelim a knedlikem) - This is so YUMMY! The sauerkraut has great flavor. The portion is huge, they gave me 4 dumplings (all of them were different kinds of dumplings) Potato "pancakes" ( Bramboraky) - This was also very good. Reminded me of my childhood lunches. Definitely worth a try! Overall, I had a great experience and recommend this cute little place!
