    My partner ordered a wheelchair for me. It took a week to get here, with delays. Upon arrival the…read morechair had the following issues: 1) The rear anti-tip castors were broken off 2) The chair pulled/leaned to the right - causing the chair to pull to the right 3) There was negligible traction on the wheelchair - thus is slipped on ANY kind of ramp, uncontrollably 4) Static build up - if I touched someone, or elevator buttons, railings, etc - ZAP! A couple of seconds resulted in a BIG buildup - it was very painful 5) The controller was horrifically unresponsive We shipped it back, the company stopped responding for days. They claimed a week later we'd have a refund issued - it has STILL not been issued. So to sum up: They don't adequately test their wheelchairs, clearly. They are slow to get products to you. Their customer service is basically NON-EXISTENT. They lie, and delay when it comes to refunds. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE. THEY ARE A DANGER TO THOSE WHO NEED MEDICAL AIDS.

After the order, I had been waiting for a email that can confirm my order. I was worried, wonder "if they don't confirm my order now, how can that will delivered tomorrow?". Day later which is 24th of May, I had recieved an email which confirmed my order. I called to the company and ask, and they say to me: its from Spain not from UK, so it cannot be mext day delivery, I told them" so why on the website it said delivery date is 24th of May?, is it not a trick?. They said it will be on the 31st of May. So I had to rebook my all clients from 31st to 2rd and 3rd. I been waiting and waiting, keep checking up my email, the tracking page.... the parcel still in Spain, On the 27th of May I had tried to call them many times, emails them many time, there were no reply. I got back to them on 30th of May very early in the morning, they aswer my phone and just simple word " I will email back to you to let you know what happening" without even a sorry word. I keep calling, emailing, no answer. I was so angry, and I said I wanna cancel my order if there is no one answer my case, no one let me know whats going on with my order. They reply to me: if I cancel I will have to pay all the cost for transport back, also the cost of transport last few days. What a joke. I tried to call, email them again and again, no one answer. So I have to cancel all my appointments, some of my clients gave up on me from that. I gave them option: full refund plus recover the cost of all of my cancelation, but there only word they say to me: you have to option: full refund or keep waiting for the parcel. That means they ignore all my words, I am just like rubbish to them Even now, they still don't even answer me, they still hidden themselves. For this kind of company, they should be shuted down. I cannot believe how this company still alive and treat customer this way. I feel so disgusting about what they did to me. Any one who is looking for something from this company, please listen to all bad review, they are so reall, so please get far away from this company

I sometimes have a hard time what I actually need and not need. Always ask for student discount. I would not buy their expensive ink cartridges. However, there unique selling point is that you can send a fax! Who would have thought I would use fax in our generation of technology - but that time it was urgent and the only solution. You are also able to do photocopies: both - black & white and colour prints. The owner is very kind - if you need something specific, you could ask him to order it for you, it might take a couple of days but is less hassle. They are specialised in sketchbooks and lots of sketching paper - the worst thing, which can happen to a student running out of paper at the weekends. Note: Perry's is open on Saturdays only!

Either way, I just don't really use stationers much now. That being said, I still love their specialism and their smell. This one is a pretty good example of the breed, lots of stock, pretty decent collection of art and graphics materials plus they also sell a bit of office furniture (machines) and computer supplies. Comprehensive and reassuringly busy most of the time.

I have been trying since May to get my refund and you have been avoiding me. My shipment was in two boxes and when you go onto the FedEx website, with the weight and dimensions of my shipment, you will see that it is $462 USD to ship it from Tuesday in London arriving Friday in the USA, via international priority. However you shipped it international economy which would've been approximately $260, not even expected to arrive until Monday. You told me that by paying $462 I would receive my shipment by Friday. I have that in writing from you. So even if I had wanted it international economy, you overcharged me by $200. However I wanted it to arrive on Friday and agreed to pay $462 and then you shipped it out economy and not priority, overcharging me considerably! To further complicate things I thoroughly filled out my Customs bill of lading, which you completely disregarded. Your clerk tried to convince me not to insure it for $1000 and not to declare all of my jewelry and clothing and cosmetics or I might be charged duty. I clearly told her I wasn't worried about paying duty, I just wanted to get it by Friday and I wanted customs, if they opened my package, to see exactly what was inside the package matched what was on my customs invoice. However someone in your shop took it upon themselves to defraud customs by creating a phony customs invoice that caused my bag to be flagged and customs to contact me. The customs invoice that your clerk filled out showed that I was shipping six $5 T-shirts, $20 worth of cosmetics and a few miscellaneous items that clearly Customs wondered why I would be sending such garbage via International FedEx. Please contact me immediately. If you choose to ignore this as well as all of my other emails, I will have no choice but to involve customs and sign an affidavit that they have been defrauded by your agency and I will ask for a formal inspection of all of your customers records to see how many times you have defrauded United States customs. I will also ask FedEx UK, as well, to intervene to see how many times you have cheated FedEx customers. You know how to reach me, I have written you numerous emails since May. If you like, I will post the fraudulent customs invoice here on the yelp review prior to sending it to customs.
