I would give the company zero stars if I could. They took 3 months more to install countertops than it should have. Guy came out in June to measure. I had to follow up with the company 5 weeks later. They did not send me change order, which according to Lowe's, I should've had within 4 business days of the measurements, until 7 weeks after measurements. It took 10+ phone calls/emails to Lowe's and Sage to get a response from Rynone. I'm so unimpressed with the lack of communication from Rynone. Even the Territory Manager from Sage got involved! The install went fine and the guys were great. No complaints there. My frustration is 100% with Christa in the office. Rynone is the only fabricator in the NY/PA area. Avoid Rynone at all costs which means avoid Lowe's (which was great as was Sage by the way). It may have been a great company when Charlie was involved but it certainly is not now!
