He even learned a song that was very important to my wife to walk down the aisle to. The day of the event he was very professional and friendly throughout. During the reception we asked Dan to stay longer as the guests were really enjoying themselves and the band seemed very happy to. We went with their 3 piece band and it was amazing. Would recommend this band in a second.

We attended a performance at the first Ontario concert Hall over the weekend and had a really good…read moreexperience. The venue is much bigger than I thought it would be and it fits so many people. The seats were incredible and we had a fantastic view of the stage from the left centre orchestra. When I looked up, I was surprised to see that the hall appeared bigger than the TSO. There were multiple decks of seats and many people could fit into the venue. The employees were all very friendly and the beverages were well priced. We found it challenging to park in the area due to all of the traffic and one way streets but once we found the entrance to the hall (we first went in the wrong door) it was a pleasant experience to the very end. I noticed people dressed up more for the symphony here than they do in Toronto, which is an interesting observation. Would we return? Absolutely!

The education programs and classes are well run and led by local professionals. There are several spaces in and around the theatre for classes and performances including a large theatre, black box theatre, and multi-classroom space across the street. I've even seen several outdoor site specific performances. Theatre Aquarius has served as a hub for the Hamilton Fringe Festival and is a wonderful creative place for community. Can't wait to see and experience more.

It was a wonderful incredible show!! We were so impressed with every aspect of the show; the lighting, the stage sets, the music, actors, singing and dancing productions; the entire show was amazing. In this day and age of techno mumbo jumbo entertainment; it is truly refreshing and uplifting to watch a production put on by such a wonderful group of entertainers. As I watched the production, I got the overwhelming sense that each and every performer was truly passionate about the performance. They absolutely loved what they were doing and this enthusiasm truly contributed to making this production an absolutely wonderful experience for everyone involved; from the entertainers to the production staff, the musicians and theatre staff and of course for us the audience. I will certainly be watching for future productions that I want to see with my family and buying tickets again. Thank you to everyone at Theatre Aquarius for a beautifully memorable evening!! We rented this beautiful venue for a small wedding reception (40 ppl including children). It was…read moreperfect! There is a lounge with a bar, auditorium with a large stage (obviously) and siderooms, including a kitchen. They were very accomodating, helping us set up the day before with tables and tablecloths, letting us decorate any way we wanted (except with sequins/sparkles, they're too tough to get rid of), and provided bartenders so we could have a cash bar. There are red carpets and nice furniture in the lounge, and comfortable chairs in the auditorium for people to sit down and eat and socialize. The kitchen can be accessed from the back which was perfect for the caterers. The only negative thing was when one of the ladies who were there to help us set up mumbled that what I (the bride) wanted to do with the champagne toast was "tacky", which I DID NOT need to hear at that moment (or ever), other than that everything and everyone was great. Oh, and the price was right too.

There are tons of record covers, vintage toys and rock and roll memorabilia - great vibe. In the back is the theatre space with tables for guests so they can drink and dine throughout the show. They've got it down to a science. Wait staff take orders before and during the show and restock drinks and even check you out / close your tab before the show ends. A few of us shared chicken quesadillas and double chicken wings with 2 kinds of sauce which were all very good. They've got made to order cocktails, beer and cider as well as canned cocktails. I heard on amateur night the wings are half off. A few of my friends have taken the classes and really enjoyed them. I've enjoyed seeing them and their classmates nail their class shows. All of the comedians I've seen at Levity have been very funny in they own unique way. The Día de los Muertos show tonight was a beautiful night of music, storytelling, comedy and remembering and honoring our lost loved ones. Edith Chavez hosted and curated the evening. All of the performers and the music was heartfelt and genuine. Looking forward to the next show / event!

I've been taking classes with Julie for approximately 2 years. It is one of the highlights of my…read moreweek. She is so knowledgeable and professional and makes learning belly dance a lot of fun. Julie Pays attention to each and every student and makes sure each of us has that move or step just perfect before she moves on to the next one. I have brought several girlfriends to join Julie's classes and they all absolutely love it. She makes the evening into a fun night out. I would highly recommend Julie as a belly dance teacher to anyone who wants to learn the art of belly dance. She is truly a Master in her field. Hats off to you.
