All the staff were professional and helpful, and I had every confidence in their advice. I really enjoyed the experience, and left extremely satisfied - I will be back! And one last thing - they serve excellent tea! If you're ever in Cologne, go and pay them a visit! Der Salon ist entspannt, modern und freundlich. Das gesamte Personal war professionell und hilfsbereit, und ich hatte volles Vertrauen in ihren Rat. I got burned because of the wax temperature, even if I told her it was too hot she didn't do…read moreanything. There were still hairs after she " finished ". She wasn't gentle and caring. She was too speed and not paying attention to what I said about the hair I could still see. Way to much expensive for this service ! Never going back there again, I don't recommend it!
