We were looking for a replacement for my wife's summer car that was totaled in an accident. Not an easy task as she had her car for 14 years and basically still sad about her loss.... Miguel and Mike did not just try to sell us a car, but were honest and upfront about the vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect before we took possession. It was good to see my wife smile again as she drove away with her new purchase... I would recommend these guys to anyone. We are now part of the 4x4 family....

We were told our 2011 Escape was too old and too many miles for anything except scrap so they could only give us $100. They said the vehicle was going to the scrap yard. Then we find out (because they wanted our remote) that they are using the vehicle for themselves. To use for personal business use. In My opinion they took advantage of a senior couple that didn't know what their vehicle was really worth--a lot more than $100 that's for sure--after checking it out.

The salesperson who took me out for the test drive flat-out lied to my face about the airbag light. They told me it was completely normal for the light to stay on, claiming that if the light was off, it meant the airbags weren't working. To make matters worse, when I noticed accident scratches on the rear sides and pointed them out, the owner rudely snapped at me, asking, "What do you want me to do about it?" Even though they eventually promised to fix and paint the scratches, they never did. On top of that, they forced me into paying for extra warranties and undercoating that I explicitly said I didn't want, lying to me that I couldn't get the car without them.Knowing what I know now, they got incredibly lucky. If I had known my rights back then, I would have reported them to OMVIC and sued them instantly for their dishonest, predatory practices.

Today I visited Kia Guelph to have my cracked driver-side window replaced. This was already my second visit, as the first replacement window arrived scratched. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again today. While disappointing, I understood this was not entirely within the dealership's control, and I thought I could wait since the window was still operational. After driving an hour home, I lowered the window--only for it to fall off the mechanism entirely. I then had to drive back for another hour with the window fully open in -15°C weather. Upon returning, I was informed that the window had been reinstalled after staff noticed the replacement glass was scratched, but part of the glass had broken, meaning I should not have operated it. This critical information was never communicated to me. Had I been told, this situation could have been completely avoided. What followed was a series of excuses from the service representative and a comment that I would not be charged. That response missed the point entirely--the vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no attempt at goodwill compensation. I asked to speak with a service manager but was told none were available on site. I requested a call back from a manager and, so far, have received no response. This experience reflects a clear lack of ownership, communication, and basic customer care. I am still waiting for contact from the service manager and for my window to be properly repaired. Very disappointing experience.

Led by the Manager Mike and Service Advisor Marty, the Parts department and lastly the technician that worked on my Traverse. I took it in yesterday for them to check out the transmission as what seemed to be a minor glitch and during that process in was discovered that the TCM needed replacing. Initial estimates were that it would take 2-3 days fro the part to come in from Michigan and a further 6 hours of labour for re-installation, replacing the fluid, programming, adjustments and subsequent testing. This service team took it upon themselves to further cement my decision to chose them as the dealership that would service my Travers when we moved to Guelph 3 years ago. We had plans to leave on a trip and would have had to seek alternate transportation however I was more than pleasantly surprised to receive a call today about 24 hours after being told that the earliest it could be ready was Friday, which stated that it was ready for pickup! The parts department successfully sourced the part locally, the technician worked non stop to get it ready. Needless to say Barry Cullen will continue to be my only choice to provide service to my Traverse!

Both the salesperson and finance department were aware which vehicle I was actively pursuing. I completely understand that without a deposit, a dealership may sell a vehicle to another buyer. That is not my frustration. What was disappointing was learning through an AutoTrader notification that the Jeep had been sold. At no point did the salesperson or finance department contact me to advise that the vehicle was no longer available, despite knowing I had completed a finance application specifically for that Jeep. A simple message or phone call would have been professional courtesy and would have reflected much better customer communication. If communication and follow through are lacking during the initial sales process, it raises legitimate concerns about how more serious customer issues would be handled later.
