They fried my new grass, I planted. I asked for a call before they come out, so I could cut my grass beforehand, they called once. They did not fertilize certain areas of the lawn, still had weeds, crabgrass, etc. Then they called me and said I have a credit of 161.00 dollars, would I like the winter treatment. I said, I thought that was included in the plan. He said no, so than I said can you mail me an itemized bill. Never received that either. Even talked to the office lady about mailing the itemized bill, never received.

We received a bill in 2016 for services that were not approved or done, and today we received another bill for services (not done nor approved as we ARE NOT customers!! I called and talked with the manager in 2016 and he said he would take care of it. Obviously, their company is either shady or incompetent....perhaps both. When we were customers in 2014 we caught one of the service technicians only treating the front yard and yet we we were billed for the front and back. We are not the only people that have been billed by Signature even though there is no contract or present services being approved. My advice is to stay away from this company.

Once upon a time, it took a certain joe three hours to mow his lawn with a 36 inch Bolens lawn…read moretractor he inherited from his wife's grandfather. Then, he upgraded to a 50 inch Simplicity, and cut his time to 2.5 hours. Several years later a friend offered to sell him his used ProMow Gold unit. 7 reels, and 11.5 feet width. This joe tried it out and loved it. Pulling the unit behind a 250cc Honda Fourtrax he now cuts his lawn in 40 minutes. Trimming with a smaller mower takes an additional 15 minutes or so, but whole job is now less than 1 hour. (Full disclosure...his teenage kids do most of the mowing these days!) I love my ProMow, and I am so fortunate that the ProMow headquarters is right here in Fort Wayne! I take the unit apart every two years and bring it in for service. A couple hundred dollars later and she is ready for some serious grass and time cuttings! The money spent every two years is probably what I save in gas, going from the lawn tractors to the Fourtrax...those lawn tractors seem to suck down gas like crazy! The people at ProMow have always been friendly and helpful in explaining what needs to be done to my unit. Merle has been the guy in the shop that I have worked with, and he knows his stuff!
