He looked the job over, gave me a reasonable price and the deal was set. I had found it kinda difficult to find anyone with reasonable prices as soon as I told them I had purchased the deck sealer and paint myself. I did this because I did want a sealer that would last as the first time it was sealed it only lasted two years. Michael and his helper, Jose'a, arrived on time and went right to work.
