At approximately 1:20 PM, I called to inquire about the status of my appointment. After being placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes, the call was disconnected. When I called back, I was placed on hold again for another several minutes and was assured that someone would contact me within five minutes. Unfortunately, I never received a call. When I followed up again around 2:05 PM, I was simply informed that they were very busy. While I understand that unexpected delays can occur, the lack of communication and consideration for a customer's time was disappointing. I ultimately contacted another company that was able to provide the same service for approximately $300 less than the quoted price. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering alternative service providers.
