I called the number and as a new customer was directed to press a certain number which went to his wife, Valerie. She wasn't available so it went to voicemail. She called me back in about 5-10 minutes and set up a time for her husband, Jake, to come by to see what we needed done and for an estimate. Jake came by about 5 days later. He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. I received a quote via email 8 days later and agreed to it online. I called them to see if I needed to make a deposit. When I called and pressed the a certain number as a customer, I was directed to Jake who immediately picked up. He told me that I didn't need to make a deposit as my quote was below $5,000. Jake called me about 2 1/2 weeks afterwards to tell me he would be coming in a few days to put in the plants. The morning of the day he was supposed to come, he called to say that they were running behind and they would be there the next afternoon. The next day he called to say they were still running behind and they would be there first thing in the morning. They showed up on time and were done putting in the plants/shrubs in an hour. They left the sidewalks clean as well. Good job! I would recommend them to anyone.
