Steve did not fulfill his promise and the contract. The agreement was that he would harvest our many premium trees in our 20 acre park in exchange of removing the trees near our mobile homes. Even though there were some that were near powerlines which is understandable to not remove, there were many that he did not remove that he could have and it was clearly written that he would remove them. Not only that, he took a long time to do the job along with the fact that he was contractually supposed to remove all tree debris from the premises. He did not fulfill that either.
