In over 20+ years with this bank I never had a late mortgage payment and never bounced a check…read more Have about $250,000 escrow on my house (which they hold the mortgage), a reasonably nice 401k, and a credit rating of 726. Yet, they wouldn't give me a small loan of $10,000. This bank (including main office in Canfield, Ohio) couldn't care less about their customers. Went to another bank and got my loan in 15 minutes.... I swear, truly only 15 minutes! Consider other banks before choosing Farmers National Bank.

Savannah patiently walked me thru the system, explained why they didn't have the correct mobile number and why the account was not fully set up. Side note, I remember why now...because like most of these "easy" computer online things, it isn't. Anyway, she helped finish it up and was so nice that my snarky, sacastic jerk persona melted away and nothing was stopping her from being nice and fixing my problem. She is an angel and an absolute ASSET to S&T so you better get that girl a raise. She stops people from moving to other banks! LOVE HER!!!! Thank you Savannah.
