I reached out to my Insurance Roadside assistance who dispatched a tow service....10.5 hours later, they hadn't arrived, so I canceled the call. Called first thing Sunday morning. My insurer had a bid from NEIM and would send someone out within 25 to 55 minutes. I scoffed. Sure enough. Motley called to confirm what services I needed? A jump and an unlock. Shortly after Colby rang my doorbell @ 1:32!! I excitedly greeted him! When I handed him the key fob he said "oh you have the key." I replied, no that's a jeep fob it's a dodge, that key doesn't work. I wasn't concerned when I bought the truck this summer because I've never needed the key. Now? I do and I don't have one. I stood nearby until I got too cold and went inside. When I came back outside shortly later.....Colby had my truck unlocked and running!!! I didn't have faith he would be able to help me. When I called to tell my dad I was good, he asked what he did & how he did it? I replied "I have no idea. I didn't ask ?s I was too busy praising Colby & telling him he was my hero!!"
