They accept VAT forms for ambassadors that are exempt from taxes. Communication: They have been very sweet and have tried everything in their power to convey information to me. One spoke mild English and the other most definitely tried. Which in all honesty, they didn't have to but thankfully they did do it. They weren't upset when I decided to communicate a more difficult message through google translate (because my German is extremely basic and structured wrong) Pricing and help: I came in with no knowledge of their store, with my heart set on one particular razor set. With all of these extremely specific requests they happily ordered the item, didn't expect me to pay until I received it (which places trust in inventory to the customer-me) took my phone number, and when the item didn't arrive on time they were very apologetic even though it was out of their hands. Not to mention, the razor I purchased from them, is being purchased at the exact price the wholesale brand store sells them for, so they are not upselling me at all. Bottom line: The two women I have met that are operating the store are so kind and operate with such efficiency that I'm confident they could run most any shop similar and be successful. 5 out of 5.
