So first time using this service today. On the whole i was impressed. I've been having problems…read morewith my sleep recently and haven't slept a full night for over a month. Tried everything I could think of then decided I would speak to a doctor. Work don't provide a GP service for us and I searched for doctors and these guys came up first. The price - 44£ and this included the prescription the doctor wrote me The convenience - I booked from my desk this morning then saw the doctor during my lunch time. I was seen on time. The doctor - Dr Elizabeth Sinclair was lovely. I think they have loads of different ones here so difficult to say who you're going to get but if they're like her they'll be perfect for anything. I got a prescription after a quick chat with the doctor and was able to collect it from the pharmacy downstairs. Useful info : they're on the 37th floor so worth arriving a bit earlier than you'd think so you have time for the lifts etc! Also, check out my pic of the view from the waiting area. It's insane!

All of the doctors are approachable and can help you through a range of problems. The inside atmosphere of the practice is clean, hygienic and colourful just as a doctors surgery should be. Everything about the surgery is good in almost every way, the doctors, receptionists and the nurses are all inviting and are kind in everything they say and do. I would highly recommend this surgery as a permanent one because it is the best.

Covid has exacerbated the downfall…read moreand over capacity of residents in new build in area..really disappointed with response times and no face to face appts anymore..months to get blood tests..constant prompting to receive email response..can't get through on phone..surgery changed hands and management and since then not good..not staff fault..needs more funding..more staff..larger capacity of staff and rooms to cope with huge influx of new residents. A new surgery needs to be provided on peninsula and surgery should advise patients what local peninsula pharmacies can offer under nhs..blood tests??

I have had to resort to going to the A&E for trivial matter because of over a week's waiting period to see a doctor. Getting access to see the doctor is becoming an issue! The nurse there is very helpful though. And a few of the receptionists could be a little more courteous.

I'd been trying to make a non-emergency appointment for a few weeks, but I could never get through...and when it's not an emergency I always think I'll try again later... and put it off. So, I waited until I felt really terrible, and then tried to get an emergency appointment (you have to call between 8:30- 9:00am to book a same-day appointment.) They left the answer phone on until 8:50, saying the surgery was closed, please call back after 8:30. *sigh* Then I called and called and called (42 times), but received the engaged tone each time. Finally, I managed to get the phone to ring...but then after 25 rings, no one picked up, so my phone disconnected the call. Urgh. After that, I gave up and walked over to the surgery instead...but was told they'd just given away the last emergency appointment. In the end, I started to cry (I'm not good at handling stress when I'm feeling poorly...and knowing I'd have to wait another day in pain just to go through the same problem the following morning stressed me out...) so the reception staff persuaded a doctor to see me after all. So basically, this GP can be excellent if you get to see a doctor... but it's not easy to actually get an appointment. If nothing else works, crying in the reception seems to help.

They tell me to call back Monday. *I tell them to piss off. *i didn't tell them this. I just died ever so slightly more inside.

I have needed them twice and they have been efficient and helpful. The appointments seem to be more or less on time. I rarely waited more than 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment. You have to book in advance but they do give you an option to be seen on the day if urgent. I actually find the level of service at this surgery to be quite good.

And I get a different gp with every appointment I go to. Now I hear that this is fairly standard and I normally wouldn't be bothered by this cause Im not normally sick. But with my Crohn's I need to do follow up appointments with them instead of going to my specialist in Harrow. And so they make life difficult and frustrating. And some of the doctors are smart asses who know nothing of IBD's. Grrrr.

Appointments can run up to an hour late as a matter of course, but the professionalism of Dr. Yisa is to be commended he is an excellent doctor, who I would thoroughly recommend. Just be aware that the actual place is a bit of a nightmare, and other patients seem to take a perverse joy in trashing the waiting area.

My…read moresurgeon was friendly, informative and quite an amusing guy, all very reassuring qualities for the patient. The ordeal didn't take longer than 30 minutes. The only painful part was having the anaesthesia injected in my gums. Of course my gums and jaw was in considerable discomfort for only a few days later. I'm hoping I won't need to go back, but I'm grateful for a quick, easy and less traumatic experience.

I didnt know this but i could phone through to him too! recently my toe took a major battering in a footy game and well its not a pretty site. initially i got on to google for advice on looking after it, as you do but there were so many conflicting pieces of advice that i picked up the phone no appointment or anything and got some tailored advice from my GP! The other Doc at this practice is Dr Bukhari she is the main and long term doc there. i have been seeing her since i was a kid and despite now having reached the age of 31 still calls me "sweety, darling or baby"! Both Doctors show a great level of concern for you health and will insist on monitoring your health until they are satisfied with results.

I've just had one of the most unpleasant weekends of my life after having my wisdom teeth out here…read moreunder general anaesthetic last Friday - so while I'm not sure you can really say 'yay i'm a fan' of a hospital(!) I can say this place did an excellent job through the whole process. My op was as a day-patient but I still got a private room, with enough perks that I almost felt guilty that I was covered by private medical insurance. Aside from the giant disposable pants (apparently they only had size XL left), it was a very comfortable setting for the long (and starving) wait pre-theatre and the less pleasant recovery time post-theatre. I'll spare you the gory procedure details but I was treated with impressive courtesy by everyone I had contact with here, from the receptionist to the nurses to the catering staff. The right information didn't quite flow between the various parties as well as it could have, but they did an amazing job of making the whole situation just about bearable. I'm sorry if you do ever have to come here, but if so take comfort you're in good hands :)

The staff there were professional and they had some state of the art equipment (never had a full x ray taken of my head before, it was like a panoramic shot). After the film was ready, we discussed options and booked in surgery. Maggie, Dr Goll's secretary is a pleasure to work with, she was so organised that I was almost unnecessary to the entire process. Even when my health insurance didn't want to pay for it or ask for local anaesthetic, Dr Goll asked for the phone number and 10 minutes later I had my authorisation. Great work!
