My house sold for over $100,000 less than the original asking price, as we had to keep lowering it. I don't understand why, if they're the professionals in the business, they were so incredibly off in their appraised value of my home. I wish I had signed with a different real estate agency.

Once we booked the place they were quick to respond to every info request. They handled our linens and towels in a cost effective way. The email with the list of things not to forget was a nice surprise. And the check in process was easy and smooth. My one gripe - sometimes communication was below expectations. It took two emails to get the correct info about the condo's amenities (I tried to call but kept getting a recording). An info sheet at the house or handed over at check in would have been appreciated.

They also charged me to re-key a unit and then supposedly mailed ALL the new keys via regular Post Office mail with no tracking whatsoever. Of course, the keys never showed up and they refused to even discuss any other option other than tough luck, pay to rekey it again! Will not do business with them again and wouldn't recommend them, period.
