We…read moreoriginally filed with them for our 2024 tax return but the Lady was so condescending when we told her we still didn't have the prior years tax refund due to her error. We changed our mind and decided to go elsewhere, only to find out she didn't do her job and we were getting less than she told us we should get. The new place filled out our forms correctly and our refund is almost double of what this lady said we were entitled to. Just out of revenge because we told her we weren't entirely happy about her mistake.
