Despite having a very decent deposit we struggled to get a mortgage through our bank and other lenders due to a small settled default and the fact that I'm self-employed and didn't have the required 3-years accounts or address history. After trying another mortgage advisor - several weeks wasted, same result - we contacted We Know Mortgages with little hope of a positive outcome. Ansar and his team were incredibly helpful and the advice they gave us was precious to say the least. It's looks are also very professional and more modern than the other Natwest's amongst Wilmslow Road, which gives it a more posh look. The bank also has a cash machine inside and outside.
