I can say with certainty that the S4 Hotel is probably one of the best hotels in the Aguas Claras area, and there are many different things that they offer internally and externally that should make the hotel enticing. Beginning with the hotel itself, it has a well decorated interior with lots of different options for rooms. I stayed in one of their more simple rooms, one with a bed, tv, couch and table. It also included other features like a microwave, a mini fridge and a large closet. For bigger families, they have multi-story hotel rooms and even apartment rooms for long term stays. S4 will have a room for any situation. The amenities themselves made this hotel so great. They have a parking garage, a sauna, a full decked out gym, and a pool where the water stays warm. They also are connected to the S4 mall, where their restaurant provides complimentary breakfast. S4 definitely goes all out on the breakfast, there are fruits, breads, cakes, and hot food. I feel that I am not doing the buffet justice with this description, but there are so many options and the food is delicious. Externally, the S4 Hotel is in a prime spot in Aguas Claras. There are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, it is between 2 major malls and it is also within walking distance of the metro station, which can take you all across Brasilia. The surrounding area is consistently bustling with people and feels safe, even at night. The location of the hotel gets an A++ from me. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 weeks and overall, it was solid. Some things to be aware of, I felt that the bathroom, and the room in general was smaller than expected. Also, the elevator is slow and a tad bit annoying to deal with. The walls are quite thin, you can hear people talking in their rooms from the elevators, which is a first for me. Cleaning services are good, and the people working there were always friendly and helpful. I could see myself staying here again, given that they offer a lot of great things.
