I was trying to get my external hard drive to talk to my Apple computer and I have no knowledge of this stuff and I called Jeff and he told me to come over after 3:30 today. he helped me out. he had it going in less than five minutes and he did not charge me an arm and leg. I called him today and he answered right away and once I told him the problem he already knew what was happening , I dropped it off to him the same day, and it was done and ready for pick up within a couple hours (mind you it wasn't a simple repair) He went above and beyond by replacing extra things that were off with my pc.
