It's Sunday, September 30th, 2025. Surprisingly, they were open at 2 pm. I'm gonna try to be impartial and neutral in this review. We ordered 2 Hot Cheetos with cheese, and one 16oz Raspa. Take a guess how much my total was...$19. Guy at the register asked me if it was "for here or to-go", I answered to-go. Guy gave NO WARNING that he would add a $1 to-go fee, and that's not including an additional credit card processing fee. Now to be fair, it was posted in some old beat up dirty looking paper on the bottom of an angled-downwards register tablet, I'll give them that. I'm writing this as a fair warning to the general public about these overpriced and unethically ADD-ON fee practices by SAB's Candy Shop. I'll go under oath, I'll sign a sworn statement if I need to prove my word. This place is EXPENSIVE! read more

Love this place. Family owned, small business with great food & excellent customer service. We eat there every time we're in Harlingen. I highly recommend trying them. Limited menu , not much seating but worth trying it out for yourself. read more

A must stop when visiting from San Antonio, Tx! The strawberry cheesecake funnel cake is chef kiss! Can't wait to stop by again! The nachos were loaded with cheese and chili just how my white like them, and the tacos were great as well! read more

Great desserts and very well served. A bit pricey but for the quality definitely worth it. I just did not like the amounts of fees. They had a take out fee (we still had to go to the register to order). There was also a card processing fee. Other than that a great spot if you have a sweet tooth. read more

A fave munchies spot! I love coming for milkshakes & corncheeto cups the most. They have lots of other good food too so I recommend trying lots of options to find what you like best. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait or a line but it's totally worth it! I recommend calling your order in to pickup if you can. They'll tell you how long until it's ready. Then you won't have to wait there if that bothers you. :) The owners are awesome and care about connecting with their community which is a huge bonus in my book. They're creative & always coming up with new items or options for their customers. They work hard and treat everyone well, so I love being able to support their great business. read more

Excellent customer service. The place had a good crowed and they were still able to keep up with the demand. Oh they even brought our order out to us in the car because of limited seating . We ordered a Yoda , a Sandililla and a lime snow one with chamoi and tajin. My son loved his yoda he said it tasted like green grapes but we thought it tasted more like sour or green apple . The lime snow cone did taste a little mild at first but like all snow ones it gets better and you go. The watermelon snow cone had a weird taste at the bottom of the snow one so my husband only at the top part. We would love to come back and try the drink with the waffle it looked amazing. read more

We decided to give this place a try. We should have just gone to a snow-come stand instead. From the outside it looks great but a soon as u walk in a totally different story. The menu has no prices and now I know why. Everything is over priced and the quality of the food is very poor in taste. I ordered a funnel cake shake. The funnel cake tasted very bland with no flavor, the strawberry shake was made with ice instead of ice cream, not tasteful at all. We also ordered a mangonada raspa that tasted like spoiled mango and over loaded with sugar. The funnel cake shake was 15 dlls and the mangonada was 8. These r prices for a stock show or carnival. Everything is over priced and quality is poor. I don't recommend it at all. Just go to ur local snow-cone stand down the street and u will get better at decent prices. read more

This place is trash and their customer service is non-existent. It says online that they're a family owned place, and you can 100% see the lack of professionalism. It seems to me that this family thought their home made snacks were so good, they could market them on Instagram and make it work but they are not good, they are not made well, they are way overpriced, and the employees (or owners?) are super rude and completely unskilled/untrained on how to speak to paying customers. read more

Definitely a hole-in-the-wall type of place. You can tell the place was once a home turned into a restaurant. It's usually pretty packed in there and sometimes hot. They get extremely creative with their food for sure! Because it's not your usual raspa, they do tend to take a bit to make your order. Just wish little things like AC and service could be fixed. I like to go eat funnel cakes here which are good but everything is overpriced except the original funnel cake and the one flavor Raspas if you get a design raspa or gusher raspa don't expect for it to have flavor just order an original and save your money :) read more

Worst service ever. I waited 45 minutes to an hour on a 30 minute work break for a damn marranada. I even called it in before I clocked out for work and they hadn't even begun when I arrived. Call 30 minutes ahead if you want your order on Time. read more

Had to wait 1 hour and 30 min to get my raspas and that's cuz people that ordered after me were getting theirs before me.
