Customer service is fantastic, especially the weekday morning staff. They're always very good about being patient and taking my billion in-store and manufacturers' coupons, ExtraBucks Rewards, sales items, and gift cards, making sure I have given them everything to get a maximum discount. I usually get brand-name products at grocery stores but I've found CVS-brand items are excellent quality. I almost always buy CVS baby wipes, bathroom paper products, health products, and nuts (their flavored almond mixes is our favorite snack!). I've only been to the pharmacy a few times but the times I have interacted with them were good. They're knowledgeable and helped us save money on prescriptions.

Like the other major drugstore in town, this location offers a full-time pharmacist and a drive through. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very large selection of beauty and other care products, including over the counter medications. The non-pharmacy section inside is also fantastic. They offer all kinds of beverages, foods, snacks, candy, and non-food items like greeting cards, paper products, and small gifts. I wish it had more of a flower selection for their live flowers. The customer service here is above average as they are quite friendly and helpful. It's a bummer that this place isn't open 24/7, but oh well. They do answer the phones, answer your questions and will actually work to get your prescription fille, ie talking to your insurance company and your doctor. Other locations won't even try most of the time. Only down side is they don't take outside prescriptions from doctors not in their system. for the most part they always have my medication in stock and when not it's ordered and available within a day or two. They are even willing to find other Walgreens if there is a medication they don't have and need right away. Other Walgreens won't take the time to do that. Also it's nice that they have more than one person to help you which the most other stores don't.

To get any worse, one would have to use W**mart to fill their scripts. First, I am having consistent trouble with Walgreen's site which is for refilling prescriptions. Scripts disappear and don't get sent on to the pharmacy. You can't trust the site. The safest bet is to call in your own refills. Second, a common med that has been available since the seventies was not in stock-it was being ordered and it wasn't known when it was coming in. The problem was fixed.

That said, I always find what I need at this store and it's easy in, easy out, no fuss and muss. Right now I appreciate the fact that masks are required for entry, the staff is masked and gloved (on my past two visits) and there's shielding in place at checkout and contact free payment with credit card. Store carries everything you need but I tend to come here for some hard to find items like scent free lotions, the scented kind to which I'm sensitive. Pricey yes, but hard to find as well so don't have to get them often, thank goodness. Lots of other things here you might not expect. Part convenience store, all things over the counter pharmacy related you'd expect. If you come, plenty of parking, spacious, drive through pharmacy pick-up, and... surprise!
