We had…read morenever met, but his assessment of my condition as forwarded by another dentist (Dr. Defillipis, who shares a partnership with Dr. Maddalena and my long-time provider, was not on call). He did, however contact Dr. Maddalena on my behalf. So, via a three party association, he agreed to see me immediately. He discovered and corrected an error made by a VA dentist the day prior. He performed a route canal that very morning and prescribed an alternate antibiotic. He also provided several packages of two over the counter medications he judged to be most effective for any post-procedural and infection induced pain. He is a consummate professional and treated me with the care I needed based on medical necessity and not on the basis of a prior relationship. He directed me to call his cell phone later in the day to assure the measures taken were effective and called me on a Sunday morning to verify the continuing decrease of symptoms. His actions reflect the importance of his perceived responsibility to render care when needed.

Pianpiano is both of my parent's dentist, and when the time came for me to say goodbye to my childhood dentist over I came to his office. It's a small office with a few private rooms radiating off of the main entrance and waiting room, which is of course fully stocked with a wide variety of magazines (and all of them recent, not like the year-old versions that linger in most offices!). I'm actually kind of weird - I ENJOY going to the dentist. However, for those who might be far more apprehensive when the time comes to get one's teeth cleaned, rest assured. Not only is the entire staff at the office very friendly and nice, but Pianpiano himself is wonderful. He cracks a lot of jokes and makes you feel completely at ease. Yeah, your visit will probably still hurt some (hey, the guy isn't a miracle worker), but it will be as pleasant as it can be. And they definitely know what they're doing. Pianpiano took a look at my wisdom teeth and decided they should all come out whereas my previous dentist thought I still had some time and could at the very least keep the bottom two. Guess what? Those bottom ones ended up being partially impacted by the time they came out! If you're looking for a new dentist, definitely check out Pianpiano.

I learned day one that not much could be done to save the natural teeth due to the toll a severe infection and periodontal disease had taken on my gums and bone. Fast forward to today...Day 3 as a full upper and lower denture wearer. THANK the heavens for Dr. Louie and his incredible staff! This review is long overdue. Dr. Shrayman has treated myself and my children for about two years…read morenow with the utmost professionalism, honesty and skillful care. He has done root canals, extractions and cavities for myself and my children (ages 10-17) and we have all left his office smiling and pain-free. My youngest has always been afraid of dentists but now she is asking me to schedule her appointments! The office staff is very pleasant (especially Karina at the front desk!) and we never have to wait. Dr. Shrayman has weekend as well as late hours and it is always easy to find a time to schedule. There are tvs in each of the rooms which makes it more inviting and fun for the kids. However, it is really Dr. Shrayman himself - who talks to the patient; including the children, keeps them informed as he is working and is sensitive to their needs that really keeps us coming back.

I like his office for several reasons: it's clean and modern, his front desk staff is on top of things- you don't even have to say who you are they know it when you walk in, and you very rarely even have to sit in the waiting room for more than 5-10 minutes before you're seen. On top of all that, his hygienists are friendly and professional (mine somehow remembers things I tell her 6 months ago and asks me follow up questions!) and he is very friendly and gentle. He's also honest and upfront. If you can hold off on a procedure, he will tell you and if he can help you make something more affordable by choosing an alternate option, he will. As far as dentists go, you can't ask for much more- you even get a tooth shaped (sugar free) lollipop on your way out! :)

I just moved to New Jersey and had a wisdom tooth erupt out of nowhere. But I didn't have a dentist in the area. I was in agonizing pain, and my aunt recommend Dr Vero as she'd be seeing him for years. What a life saver! Dr Vero used laser therapy to treat what had become a badly irritated & infected gum. He was able to treat me without any scalpels or surgery and I'm feeling like myself again. I'd never experienced laser dentistry before and now I'm a believer. Being in a new area, it feels wonderful to have found such a caring practitioner. He explained everything thoroughly, and has a terrific bedside manner. ... And I can't forget about his staff -- Nancy & Theresa are just dolls. They called to check up on me several times, and really cared about how I was feeling. I'll be a patient for years to come.
