The gordita bread was prepared well with it being slightly think, crispy on the outside and soft in the inside, but strong enough to hold all the ingredients. Your choice of additions are avacado, and tomato. Don't forget the pico de gallo and salsa on the counter, both great additions. The chicharrone was prepared nicely, crispy, porky flavor, very nice.
