I will warn you that once you have Sabrina's Window Cleaning do anything for you, you will never get them to stop calling you. They call from and endless supply of different numbers. No matter how many times you tell them you are no longer interested in their services, they will tell you that they just changed systems and that note must not have been carried over. I've started to report their numbers as spam, but it still never ends. Regarding the quality of work: it's OK. I've had them to my place three times and each time, they've had to return to redo the work. The people they send are nice but the quality of the work is below average. Save yourself a lifetime of harassment and use a different company. I cannot get them to stop bothering me. read more

I'm on the 1st and 2nd floor. 3 people came. One did the outside while 2 did the inside. I have a lot of windows and they were done in 1 1/2 hours. Windows were spotless. Price was good too. Will use them twice a year going forward. read more

I have had this company for many years now and this is the second time I have been disappointed. The fella was nice enough, arrived on time, did his pressure washing and then the windows..well a few of the windows still had dirt on the outside and when he did his pressure washing in the back, dirt was sprayed all over the pots of plants. He just seemed to not get into the window washing much. I don't think I will use this company again. We had 5 windows and patio glass doors. We live in Heron's Glen and I just find that for $312 - it should have been a better job. I won't hire them again. read more

They called Friday to confirm Monday 8am appointment. On Monday they called 10 minutes before scheduled appointment to cancel. Reason: workers didn't want to come due to the fact we called to cancel the previous month due to Covid. Apparently testing negative 2x 3 weeks ago gives them justification to stand us up. We hired Sabrina's to come clean the windows in our home. The same day, $28,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from my bedroom. The only people in our home since COVID started were the personnel from Sabrina's. The day after my jewelry was stolen, the young man who cleaned the windows in my bedroom where the jewelry was stolen suddenly quit his job. Now the owner of Sabrina's will not even return my phone calls and has been of no help to us at all in recuperating my jewelry. Angel arrived on time, however wanted to give me an estimate $50 higher than was the highest quote given on the phone. He brought a 10 year old with him "who didn't want to go to school today" who came into the condo with him. (Neither wore a mask). It was my understanding that the window tracks and window screens were included in the quote, however I was told that would cost me extra. I told him that I did not want to pay extra. He was not going to clean the outside of the lanai windows, however once I informed him the windows came out of the track, he finally agreed to clean them. He did not seem familiar with how to remove and reinstall the windows. Overall, my experience was not stellar and will not use this company again, nor will I recommend this company to anyone else. read more

We have a difficult set of slider windows that have screens right behind them. This made the job very difficult to do. The crew, however, was very accommodating and did an excellent job. Sabrina's quoted $140 over the phone for cleaning my windows. This was based on the square footage of my house. They didn't say anything about it being an estimate or subject to change. Their crew showed up and said our house has more windows than they expected they need $190 to clean them. That's complete BS. Our house is a regular house just like every other house in the neighborhood. And they've worked in our neighborhood. I called their office to complain and said that if they didn't honor their quote that we would not ever do business with them again. They said "well, it looks like we can't do business with each other". These people have no idea how to run a business or how to deal with customers that are unhappy. I used Sabrina's today to clean the windows, mirrors and fans of my home today. They certainly did an adequate job however the workers do not use booties to keep from tracking in dirt and sand. I found this to be very unprofessional. When I asked one of the workers why, he replied that the company does not provide them. HORRIFIC! HORRID! AWFUL!! As a repeat customer I never in my wildest dreams thought this company fail to provide good service, LET ALONE CAUSE SIGNIFCANT DAMAGE TO MY HOME - I was sorely wrong. I hired SGCWC to power wash my house and it was a disaster. Not only was the actual power washing awful, but they caused in excess of $1500 damage to my house. We sent the technician off the property and immediately called the office. The next day another technician came to the house and was appalled by the work and destruction. Poor guy had to hand wash the residue from the siding. The following day two employees showed up to repair the damage to the house, but quickly upon observance called SGCWC and relayed they were not qualified to complete the repair. We had our contractor look at the job and provide an estimate ($1600) which we provided, along with pictures to SGCWC. Not in agreement SGCWC sent, not one but two separate painters/carpenters to provide quotes. Both provided quotes of $700+ and $900+ to repair the damage. Believing in the satisfaction guarantee, we believed our home would be repaired. Instead we received a call saying, you don't have to pay for the power washing, pay whoever you like to fix it. read more

My neighbor and I had Sabrina's in today to clean our windows inside and out. My neighbor had used them before and recommended them. We are in a 3 bedroom condo on the second floor. The window cleaner (Joel) arrived on time, quoted us a price for the job, and got started right away. He was very polite and courteous, finished the job in a reasonable time, and cleaned up everything before he left. Terrible experience. Called and made an appointment. They called the day before to even confirm. After 30 minutes of them being late...I called them ( we were sitting there waiting on them) She said, "Oh, they should have called you. They are running late and will be there in 15 minutes.) We waited and waited...after 45 more minutes we decided to call another window cleaner. They NEVER called us to apologize or anything. Would not recommend. read more

I was quoted a price of $129 for a small, one-story house. The caller who quoted me this price said since it was the same model as the house down the street, the price was good. The cleaning crew showed up and quoted $149. Since they were there, I agreed to the price. During the cleaning process, permanent scratches were engraved into one of the lanai slider panels (probably the metal from the rubber blade they use on the windows. I called Sabrina's. They sent someone out to review the situation, hired a glass restoration company to repair the window and reimbursed me for the $20 overcharge. I was very satisfied with the efforts they made to rectify the situation. The windows are streak-free and shiny. They stand behind their work. read more
