Paralegals seemed very competent from my observations which is very important and often overlooked in a law firm. I'm at the beginning phases of clearing up my financial mess, but I finally feel confident there's a way out that won't strip me of assets belonging to a craft I'm deeply involved with and care about. We'll see how things play out, but I feel very relieved thus far and my interactions with the firm were very positive. Read other reviews, my advice to meeting with any lawyer is going in with a clear head, despite what may be going on - sometimes life doesn't allow that though (like maybe an unexpected death in the family), but I've had months to process my feelings prior to making the appointment and knew what I was getting into. I get it can feel daunting if it's your first time seeing a lawyer, but they're there to help you. Just let them. There's still work to do, but I feel this firm can handle it. As far as a bankruptcy case, it makes total sense for them wanting to be paid in full before filing for you.
